The ADI welcomes two world renowned Masters, both with decades of experience, to London to deliver a day’s teaching reflecting the ‘Art and Science’ of contemporary dental implantology.

Much implant treatment is carried out for mainly aesthetic reasons in the ‘aesthetic zone’ and preservation or reconstruction of hard and soft tissue can be extremely important to patient satisfaction. Our speakers will show cases ranging from difficult single tooth replacements to full arch immediately loaded reconstructions, emphasising the importance of good treatment planning.

New digital technology has seen a rapid advance in imaging techniques and visualisation of the proposed final restorative result, using new biomaterials and precise drill guides to allow less invasive dental implant surgery to be carried out.  In the last ten years we have also been able to objectively measure the final aesthetic results of dental implant treatment using indices - PES (pink esthetic score) and WES (white esthetic score). To achieve high scores requires natural-looking teeth framed by healthy soft tissue and this can only be achieved with excellent surgery and precise restorative dentistry.
