Booking Process

ONLINE: Click on 'Online Registration'. This is the fastest and easiest way to book you and your team and ensure immediate confirmation of your booking.

BY MAIL: Print the PDF booking form, complete it and post the form to the ADI with payment. Cheques should be made payable to "ADI" and enclosed with form.

BY FAX: Print the PDF form and fax the three registration pages with credit card payment to: +44 (0)20 8487 5566.

Registration Fee Structure

Attendance at the 2013 ADI Team Congress is open to all who hold an interest in dental implantology: Clinicians, Technicians, Hygienists, Therapists, Nurses, Practice Managers and Students.

The fees have been structured to include: two full days of plenary scientific presentations, one day technicians' programme, one day parallel team programme, breakfast coffee, morning and afternoon refreshments, hot fork buffet lunch and technical exhibition. Fees do not include the events/workshops/sessions on Wednesday 1 May (except the complimentary ADI Awards Presentation) or the Social Event on Thursday 2 May.

It is advantageous to BOOK EARLY to secure discounted rates.

Registration Form Information

The Registration Form is for: ONE principal Clinician (and practice team) or ONE principal Technician (and laboratory team) or ONE Nurse, Hygienist, Therapist, Practice Manager or Student attending independently. All additional team members from the principal delegate's practice or laboratory must be entered on the Registration Form and each attendee's sessions must be stated.

Non ADI members should consider joining the ADI to gain concession on the registration fee. Contact the ADI for membership details prior to registration.


CPD-verified certificates will be available to download after the completion of the appropriate online evaluation forms. Full Congress attendance offers up to 17 verifiable hours of CPD.


Delegates who cancel after registration has been processed will be refunded the fee minus a £40 administrative charge. Cancellation MUST be notified in writing and received by 1 April 2013 after which date no refund of fee can be guaranteed. Written substitutions and/or name changes can be made until 22 April 2013.
