* If you are a Student but not a member of ADI please be advised that Student Membership is free and you can join online
by clicking here. Once you have joined online you will be issued with a user name and password and you will be able to book on to the event at the Student member rate.The booking fee includes the education programme, tea and coffee breaks, a hot buffet lunch and a drinks reception.

Education Partner — Workshop Sponsor | £1050 + VAT
Three opportunities available — one aligned to each practical workshop.
- Association with one of the three extended practical workshops.
- Brand recognition alongside the supported workshop and within relevant event materials.
- Opportunity to provide appropriate equipment, materials and consumables to support hands-on teaching, agreed with faculty in advance.
- One company representative at the event (two at an additional fee – please discuss if required).
- One complimentary delegate place for the partner to invite a clinician.
- Opportunity to engage directly with delegates and faculty throughout the day.
- Recognition in the event’s partner communications and hard-launch materials once confirmed.
- Space to showcase relevant products within the agreed workshop / event footprint, subject to venue logistics.
Educational content, faculty selection and clinical recommendations remain under ADI / ADI NextGen control.
Exhibition Partner | £350 + VAT
Four exhibition opportunities are planned, subject to final venue layout.
- Exhibition table within the networking / delegate circulation area.
- Company logo included within the event’s confirmed partner materials.
- Opportunity to meet delegates during registration, breaks and lunch.
- Recognition as an official Exhibition Partner of The Implant Roadmap.
- Inclusion in coordinated event promotion where partner logos are displayed.
Cancellation
Written notice of cancellation must be received by Friday, 2 October 2026. Cancellations received after this date will be non-refundable. Please email [email protected].
Accreditation
This event will attract 8.5 hours of enhanced CPD and a certificate of attendance will be available to download after the event.
