morning session

This will focus on the mind–body connection, exploring strategies for maintaining physical and mental health within the demanding world of implant dentistry.

Attendees will:

  • Take part in yoga and stretching sessions tailored to dental professionals
  • Learn techniques to support resilience and teamwork
  • Discover how caring for oneself enhances patient care and clinical performance.

Afternoon Session

This session will shift to practical implant education, featuring focused workshops on asepsis and surgical setup, PRGF protocols, and the nurse’s role in successful implant procedures. Sessions will also cover retraction skills, emphasizing the importance of protecting both DCP and patient soft tissues.

Dental hygienists and therapists, Thrive offers a dedicated session on peri-implantitis led by Linzy Baker, ADI Board Member and fellow dental therapist, providing insight and practical guidance on managing and preventing peri-implant disease. Additionally, Amit Patel will deliver a PocketX practical demonstration, showcasing its applications in modern implant practice.
