If you have forgotten your username, please contact us. There will be a blue box at the top of your My Account page which states when your ADI membership expired. Click the Apply Now button, which takes you to the application form. Once you have confirmed your membership category and agreed to the terms and conditions, you will see the application form that has been pre-filled with the details we hold on record for you. Please make any changes that are necessary and click Submit Your Application. We will then receive your re-joining application and process it as quickly as possible.
