Stand Information

Aims

The Congress Exhibition provides dental professionals with the latest information on products and services related to dental healthcare. The purpose of the exhibits is to complement the scientific sessions by providing opportunities for display and/or demonstrations of products and services that could be useful in improving the quality of dental healthcare.

Company Profile

Each exhibiting company will have their company profile and company logo included on the ADI website. This is to be provided by the exhibiting company at the point of booking.

Congress Delegate List

Each exhibiting company will be supplied with addresses of delegates approximately one week after the Congress. This will consist of delegates who have opted in at the point of booking.

Sponsorship Opportunities

The ADI welcomes support from Exhibitors for Congress activities that complement the educational nature of the Congress. See the ADI website for details of sponsorship opportunities or contact ADI Marketing Coordinator Imogen Lintzgy. Recognition of all support and sponsorship will be given through slides, signage, print and listing in the Congress Programme and Exhibition Guide as appropriate.

Congress Catering

Each exhibiting company will be entitled to complimentary tea/coffee vouchers for the Congress breaks and additional vouchers may be purchased in advance. Lunch is optional and can be purchased in advance with the appropriate form within the Exhibition Manual (available online Autumn 2018).

This is an inclusive event for all Congress delegates and Exhibitors (number of Congress Drinks tickets is determined by size of stand)

Congress Dinner

Friday 3 May – 19:30 – 01:00
National Museum of Scotland, Edinburgh

This is an optional event for Congress delegates and Exhibitors.
Each exhibiting company will be able to purchase tickets to attend the Congress Dinner i advance with the appropriate form within the Exhibition Manual (available online Autumn 2018).

Exhibition Manual

The Exhibition Manual will be available online to all Exhibitors in Autumn 2018.
