Sponsorship Opportunities Information

With many of the implant industry’s leading companies displaying their products and services at the event, giving prominence to your company can be a challenge. Sponsorship offers you the opportunity to support Congress activities, helping you to stand out and make an impact on our audience of purchasers and decision-makers.

Sponsorship opportunities are offered to suit every company’s budget.

It is possible to submit your sponsorship request as part of your stand booking, or complete the request separately. Opportunities are open to those exhibiting within the Exhibition Hall. All sponsorship commitments are on a first-come-first-served basis and are subject to final approval by the ADI.

Congress Print:

• Congress Programme - full page - £2,500 sole sponsorship (Booked)

  The essential event handbook! On arrival at the event all delegates receive the official ADI Team Congress Programme and Exhibition Guide.
  1 x full-page 4-colour advertisement

• Insert within Delegate Bag – promotional item - £1,000 sole sponsorship

  Ensure all delegates receive your key message right at the beginning of the event.
  Provide a small promotional item to be inserted into the delegate bag (e.g. power pack, USB drive, pen).

• Insert within Delegate Bag – leaflet - £1,000 sole sponsorship (Booked)

  Ensure all delegates receive your key message right at the beginning of the event.
  Provide a single page leaflet to be inserted into the delegate bag.

Social Events:

• Congress Drinks - £1,500 sole sponsorship

  Be sole sponsor of the Congress Drinks on the first night of the event to kick off the evening in style and align your company with this prominent event in the Exhibition Hall. Branding opportunities include:
  - Acknowledgement in Congress Programme and the website
  - Acknowledgement in the Exhibition Hall during the drinks
  - Your sponsorship will feature in marketing and PR in the lead up to the Congress

• Congress Dinner - £5,000 sole sponsorship

  The Congress Dinner will be the party of the year! Branding opportunities include:
  - Your logo in print on the menu
  - Your logo in print on the event tickets
  - Acknowledgement in Congress Programme and the website
  - Your sponsorship will feature in marketing and PR in the lead up to the Congress
  You will also receive 5 complimentary tickets for the Congress Dinner
