Space Only Package Details - 24 sqm
The 24sqm space only stand numbers are (remainder of the exhibition will be shell stand):
1, 2 , 6, 7, 29, 30, 55, 56, 60 and 61.
Companies may purchase a maximum of one stand subject to availability.

1 x 24 sqm space only = £9,600+VAT
Bookings received from 1 August 2016
1 x 24 sqm space only = £10,080+VAT
The package includes:
- Access to Congress delegates during all Congress breaks from 1200 Thursday 2 March until 1230 on Saturday 4 March
- WIFI Access
- Complimentary eight tea/coffee vouchers during Congress breaks
- Complimentary eight Congress Drinks tickets (Thursday 2 March, 1730-1900)
- Complimentary company weblink direct from the exhibition floor plan on the ADI website.
- Complimentary entry to Plenary Programme for stand personnel should space permit, and then at discretion of organiser
- Delegate postal address list supplied after the event (subject to data protection requirements)
Space only Exhibitors must submit stand plans for approval by the ExCeL London no later than Friday 6 January 2017.
Each space only Exhibitor will be responsible for all building materials, lighting and electrics. These will need to be purchased from the Organiser’s contractors. Full details and forms can be found in the Exhibition Manual (available online Summer 2016).
Shell Stand Package Details - 9sqm
The 9sqm shell stand numbers are:
3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 57, 58, 59, 62, 63 and 64.
Companies may purchase a maximum of two stands subject to availability.
