The Learning From Failure Conference is a one-day CPD event hosted by The Campbell Academy in Nottingham, designed to encourage honesty, vulnerability, and professional growth through the open discussion of failure. The conference brings together speakers from diverse backgrounds to share powerful, often emotional stories of when things didn’t go as planned. Rather than focusing on polished success, the event creates a rare space for attendees to reflect on the lessons learned through adversity.

Speakers include Eddie “The Eagle” Edwards, who overcame repeated setbacks on his way to Olympic ski-jumping fame, and Professor John Gibson, who shares his journey through the tragic loss of his son to suicide.
