Barry Cleminson Dip CII

Head of New Business – All Med Pro

Barry joined All Med Pro in November 2022 having previously worked for various insurance brokers for 17 years. During this time, I predominantly dealt with personal lines of business. I am currently Dip CII qualified, and I am now working towards my ACII.

Heading up our dynamic new business team, Barry helps drives organic growth whilst ensuring every new client receives our signature gold-standard service.

Tye has been an integral part of the All Med Pro team for the past 15 months, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience from his previous roles as a mortgage broker and medical insurance broker. He is Cert CII and CeMap qualified, along with a BA (Hons) in Insurance.

In his current role, Tye expertly handles the majority of our new business enquiries and collaborates closely with our in-house underwriting team to deliver quality indemnity solutions tailored for dentists.

Tye is passionate about continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends. He enjoys connecting with clients and colleagues alike, always striving to provide exceptional service and foster lasting relationships.

Senior Dento-Legal Advisor – All Med Pro

Brian Westbury has had a distinguished career in dentistry, successfully running two dental practices. He has played a significant role in dental governance, serving as secretary for four Local Dental Committees and representing the profession on the General Dental Services Committee. Additionally, he chaired the Dentists’ Health Support Trust for a decade. 

With over 25 years at Dental Protection, Brian rose to the position of Senior Dento-Legal Adviser, where he was instrumental in NHS regulations and provided expert guidance to registrants facing GDC cases.   

In 2019, he joined All Med Pro as a Dental Adviser, further strengthening his commitment to supporting dental professionals. He is also the former Academic Dean of the Faculty of Forensic and Legal Medicine at the Royal College of Physicians. Holding degrees in Dentistry, Law, and Psychology, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.

Stephen Henderson BDS LLM FCGDent FFFLM

Senior Dento-Legal Advisor – All Med Pro

Stephen qualified in London in 1984 and obtained a master’s degree in medical law (LLM) in Cardiff in 2005. After working in hospital practice, he went into practice in Oxford where he worked as a visiting specialist in oral surgery until March 2020. He has had 25 years’ experience working as a dento-legal adviser initially for Dental Protection and then MDDUS where he was Head of the Dental Division until mid 2023.

Since then, he has been working as an independent dental adviser lecturing, writing, and providing expert witness reports.
