A discussion and explanation of all the skills required to run a successful, modern, independent dental practice in the UK.
Aims & Objectives
To introduce delegates to the areas of running and developing a modern independent dental practice for which they were unaware or are not fully prepared. To introduce some best practices, inverted concepts, and insights into running such an organisation and to investigate the main reasons for doing so. To investigate and suggest a financial framework for careful financial monitoring and forecasting within a modern independent dental practice. To highlight, analyse and predict key performance indicator models within a modern independent dental practice. To investigate and educate in all areas of marketing that are possible and associated with modern independent practice growth.
To allow individual participants on the course to investigate and imagine the ideal methods of marketing for their own business environment.
To investigate modern Human Recourses management strategies and tactics to build the best possible dental practice team.
To investigate and develop non-financial monitoring metrics within a dental practice environment to ensure excellent governance, performance management, and quality assurance.
To investigate concepts of the leadership of participants to allow them to examine and interrogate their own leadership styles and any improvement which may be desired or required.
To examine different leadership models and experiences to allow these to be used to implement financial, marketing, HR, and operational strategies within a dental practice.
To assist delegates in producing a strategic 3-year plan for their own dental business environment to allow them to move forwards in the direction that they choose.
To foster and encourage continual Peer Review feedback on all aspects of dental business within the group to provide a sustainable network in the future.

Over six two-day modules, The Campbell Academy will present topics, speakers, practical exercises, and material to assist Principals and Practice Managers to improve their business surroundings, business thinking, and teams to be prepared to grow their practices further in the future. The course includes access to an online discussion forum and four detailed online exercises to be carried out in between course modules.
