This is a comprehensive 3 day course covering all aspects of delivering safe, predictable full arch implant dentistry. Often we are dictated by commercial companies introducing components and methodology for this type of treatment. Our course is unique in we are not particularly supporting any commercial bias or way of delivering full arch rehabilitation but taking a pragmatic evidence based view on the different types pf approach to surgery , be it guided, non guided, cement and screw retained restorations as well as the comprehensive approach to record keeping, consent,treatment planning , cbct interpretation and reporting. We cover both surgical and prosthetic elements of full arches as well as the common and rare complications of full arches.

Aims & Objectives

Aim:
To give delegates the ability to carry out predictable and safe full arch implant dentistry.
Understand the approach to treatment planning, records, consent and deal with potential complications of the various protocols available.

Objectives:
Explain Sinus Anatomy and the schneiderian membrane manipulation techniques.
Use of diagnostic tools using CBCT and understanding volumetric analysis using blue sky software and R2GATE .
Understanding anatomical variances, implant position, and number of implants.
Surgical instrumentation required and how to use them.
Understanding the potential for complications.
Understanding the consent process required.
Understanding the various approaches to fp1,2,3 type bridges.
Understanding the use of MUAs, screw and cement retained bridges.
Understanding loading concepts and skeletal base relationships in the approach to the final prosthesis.
Immediate placement techniques upon extraction and immediate loading criteria explained.
Understanding the use of Pterygoids, Nazalis implants in full Arch cases.
Understanding the follow up protocols in such restorations.

Day 1
0930 - 1030 - Module 1 assessment and records
1030 - 1130 - Module 2 - Positioning
11.30-1145 - Coffee break
1300-1330 - Lunch break
1330 -1700 - Live case 6 lower implants, 1 upper Guided surgery with rapid chair side temporisation technique (Pre made) Megagen UK
1700-1900 - dinner and discuss - Thai food and drinks provided in the Practice
Day 2
0900 - Arrival coffee and breakfast
0930 -1130 Full arch Prosthetics
1130 -1230 - Module 5 (Grafts) + Module 6 (Complications)
Lunch 1230-1300
1300-1330 - Introduction to live case
1330 - 1600 - Live case 3 - To be announced
1600-1700 - Q and A and Tea

Please note the nurses course will run parallel on Saturday from 0900-1700 in another room
Day 3 - Full Arch Prosthetics

0900 - Arrival and Coffee
1000 - Step by step Lab protocol for full arches
1200 - break and Lunch Exhibitors
1300-1430 - Examination paper and feedback
1430 - Common case treatment planning Q and A session 1
