Stand Package Details
The 24sqm space only stand numbers are (the remainder of the Exhibition will be shell stands):
Companies may purchase a maximum of one space only stand subject to availability.

The package includes:
- Access to Congress delegates during all Congress breaks from 08:00 Thursday 2 May until 12:30 on Saturday 4 May
- Free WiFi access
- Eight complimentary tea/coffee vouchers for the Congress breaks
- Eight complimentary tickets for the Congress Drinks (Thursday 2 May, 17:45 – 19:00)
- Complimentary company profile and company logo included on the ADI website
- Complimentary entry to Plenary Programme for stand personnel (should space permit, and at discretion of ADI)
- Congress delegate list supplied with addresses after the event (this will consist of delegates who have opted in at the point of booking)
Space only Exhibitors must submit stand plans for approval by the ADI’s Health and Safety Advisor and EICC, Edinburgh no later than Friday 1 February 2019.
Each space only Exhibitor will be responsible for all building materials, lighting and electrics. These will need to be purchased from the Organizer’s contractors. Full details and forms can be found in the Exhibition Manual (available online Autumn 2018).
