Exhibition: Stand Information

Aims

The Congress Exhibition provides dental professionals with the latest information on products and services related to dental healthcare.

The purpose of the exhibits is to complement the scientific sessions by providing opportunities for display and/or demonstrations of products and services that could be useful in measuring and improving the quality of dental implant healthcare.

All stand construction and dressing must be completed by 2200 on Wednesday 13 May, ready for Exhibition opening at 1200 on Thursday 14 May.

Exhibitor Registration

Stand personnel will be required to register and collect Exhibitor badges during Exhibitor registration. Congress badges must be worn throughout the opening hours.

Due to the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre rules and regulations, stand break-down cannot commence before the official Exhibition break-down, i.e. not before 1200 on Saturday 16 May.

Admission to Plenary Scientific Sessions
This will only be possible should space permit (at the discretion of the Organiser).

The Congress programme brochure will be mailed and available online from the end of May 2014.

Hotel Booking Information
Glasgow City Marketing Bureau will handle all accommodation bookings for the ADI Congress.

Exhibiting companies are welcome to use this service within the Congress Programme (available online from the end of May, 2014).

Editorial
Each exhibiting company is entitled to a complimentary company weblink direct from the web floor plan on the ADI website.

Complimentary Delegate List
Each exhibiting company will be emailed names and addresses of delegates approximately three weeks after the Congress.

Sponsoring Opportunities
The ADI welcomes support from Exhibitors for Congress activities that complement the educational nature of the Congress. Seethe ADI website for details of sponsorship opportunities or contact the ADI Marketing Manager Katharine Blakemore.

Recognition of all support and sponsorship will be given through slides, signage, print and listing in the Congress Programme and Exhibition Guide as appropriate.

Refreshments/Catering
Each exhibiting company will be entitled to complimentary tea/coffee vouchers during Congress breaks and additional vouchers may be purchased in advance.

Lunch is optional and purchasable in advance on the appropriate form within the Exhibition Manual (available online Autumn 2014).

ADI Social Event 'A Night at the Museum'

This is an optional event for delegates payable at the time of registration.

Exhibition stand personnel will be able to purchase tickets to attend the social event in advance on the appropriate form within the Exhibition Manual (available online Autumn 2014).
