Requirements to join the ADI Register of Mentors

You can join the ADI Register of Mentors if you are an ADI member with the following:

• A higher degree or qualification in implant dentistry or documentary evidence of completion of a structured implant training course (minimum of 70 hours in total of verifiable contact learning)
• have placed more than 250 implants
• have attented a mentoring course (preferably dentistry specific but a generic mentoring course will also be acceptable)

Applications are only open to ADI members that have at least 5 years experience and have placed more that 250 implants.

All applicants will be asked to complete and submit the following application form at https://www.adi.org.uk/mentors/join/, providing a personal statement saying what motiviated them to join the ADI Register of Mentors and details of their availablilty and implant systems.
