Przemek Seweryniak graduated from Lund University’s School of Dental Technology in 1993. At age 23, he founded Cosmodent AB, a dental laboratory, in Malmö, Sweden. Cosmodent is now one of the most renowned dental laboratories in Sweden. The cases are made solely in full ceramics and more then 60% are aesthetic and functional cases. More than 75% of all incoming impressions today are digital and his goal is to be 100% digital, eliminating analogue impressions by the end of 2019. He is a founding member of the Swedish Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and gives lectures and hands-on workshops throughout Scandinavia. Przemek is the only ESCD Certified Dental Technician in Scandinavia. He is also the only Swedish Dental Technician who has received three gold and two Silver medals in the AACD annual Smile gallery competition. He became a member of the Dental Technicians Guild, DTG 2015 and in 2016 he received the Sverker Toreskog Award. He started with CAD/CAM in 2002 and he has been working with 3Shape since 2006 and started in house milling in 2008. Przemek has been a co-author on several studies and works closely in cooperation with the University of Malmö. He is also a visiting lecturer at the University of Gothenburg.
