This lecture will guide the delegate in what is involved to restore single unit and multiple unit implants. The main protocols used to restore dental implants, and which situations are suitable for specific abutments, will be discussed. Impression taking with open and closed tray impressions will be shown, along with techniques for verification and occlusal registration. By the end of the session, the delegate should be have a clear understanding of the theory involved in restoring simple dental implants.
