After many years working within dental practices from dental nurse to practice manager, Tracy Stuart recognized a desperate need within the dental profession and formed NBS Training. Tracy has 40,000 practice working hours and 30,000 coaching hours to her name. Tracy’s approach could be described as extremely left-field for which she makes no apology. She provokes, elicits and determines fresh thinking, methodologies and approaches from within teams across the UK and beyond.
