Dear Colleagues and Friends,

It gives me great pleasure to invite you to the ADI Team Congress 2017. With over 2,200 members, the ADI is the undisputed ‘go to’ organisation for everyone with an interest in dental implantology. From general dental practitioners, dental specialists, the general public, through education providers, dental students, technicians, dental implant companies, and the whole dental team, the ADI Team Congress 2017 has been carefully designed to bring together, inspire and delight everyone.

The title: ‘Dental Implantology: A Global Perspective – Inspiration From Around The World’ sets out our intention to host the most highly respected and influential speakers in the world today. However, more importantly, this is an ideological statement from the ADI – an impartial charity dedicated to encouraging the sharing of ideas and opinions of everyone in the dental implantology community, totally independent of bias.

There is no better place than London, internationally recognised as an intellectual and cultural powerhouse with diversity at its core, to stage this Congress. This event will be about learning and having fun with the whole dental team, with the legendary Congress Party taking place at the renowned National Maritime Museum, Greenwich.

I would like to thank everyone who has helped create this fantastic event, and in particular my colleagues on the 2017 Congress Committee – Peter Fairbairn, Stephen E B Jones and Stephen Jacobs – as well as Karen Walker (Team Programme) and Steve Campbell (Technicians’ Programme).

The ADI believes in bringing people together. This meeting will be a great opportunity to learn, do business, make contacts, and renew friendships.
