Delegate Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 The Congress is organised and managed by The Association of Dental Implantology Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with registration number 2260991 and registered office at Abbey House, Hickleys Court, South Street, Farnham, Surrey, England, GU97QQ.

1.2 References to “us” means The Association of Dental Implantology Limited and references to “we” and “our” shall be construed accordingly. References to “you” mean the person or entity completing a booking request.

1.3 All applications to register for the Congress and associated events are made subject to these Terms and Conditions (which shall apply to the exclusion of any terms sought to be imposed by you).

2. Bookings and payment

2.1 Registration for the Congress is subject to you making full payment and to availability of places.

2.2 Payments will be accepted by debit/credit card via World Pay.

2.3 Once payment has been received we will send an email confirmation.

2.4 In order to qualify for the ‘early bird’ rates, booking and payment must be received by 31 October 2016.

2.5 Only individuals who are ADI members at the time of booking are eligible for member rates. For further information on ADI membership please visit the ADI website.

2.6 A unique email address must be provided for each delegate at the point of registration.

3. Access requirements

You should advise of any special access requirements at the time of registration.

4. Changes and cancellation

4.1 Written substitutions and/or name changes can be made until 20 February 2017. Please use the contact form in the Contact Us section of the ADI website or write to ADI, 20 Hill Rise, Richmond TW10 6UA.

4.2 Cancellations must be received in writing. Notifications of cancellation received on or before 2 February 2017 will be refunded in full, less an administrative charge of £30. After that date, no refund can be guaranteed.

4.3 It may be necessary for reasons beyond our reasonable control to alter the advertised content, timing and/or location of the Congress or the advertised speakers. We reserve the right to make these changes at any time and we will notify you of such changes.

4.4 If we alter the date and/or location of the Congress we will offer you a credit for a future event up to the value of the sums paid by you in respect of the Congress.

4.5 In the unlikely event of the Congress being cancelled, a full refund will be made to you. Our liability will be limited to the amount paid by you and in particular we shall not be liable to the delegate or you for travel, accommodation and other costs and expenses or losses incurred by the delegate or you (including wasted costs and expenses).

5. Speakers

Views expressed by speakers are their own. We cannot accept liability for advice given or views expressed by any speaker at the Congress or materials provided by any speaker or other party to delegates.

6. Data Protection

6.1 By submitting registration details for each delegate, you warrant that you are authorised to give consent on behalf of each delegate for us to contact them regarding membership and future events. Delegates who do not wish to receive such communications from us should email us using our contact form.

6.2 All exhibitors will be provided with delegate postal addresses following the event for the purpose of marketing their goods and services, unless you opt out at the point of registration (see Data Protection Q1 of the online registration form).

6.3 Delegates will be issued with a badge upon entry to the event which is required to be worn for entry into Programmes at the Congress. Each badge includes a unique barcode. Exhibitors and corporate forum organisers may have barcode readers on their stands or in their corporate forum meeting rooms. By allowing their badge to be scanned by such an exhibitor/organiser the delegate consents to their contact details being supplied to that exhibitor/organiser for the purpose of marketing their goods and services, unless the delegate opts out at the point of registration (see Data Protection Q2 of the online registration form).

6.4 By submitting registration details for each delegate, you warrant that you are authorised to answer opt out questions on their behalf.
