The role of a treatment coordinator is vastly becoming an integral role in daily practice life. It is a role that succeeds by taking a systematic approach. Treatment coordination, however, in its simplest form is not a system that works for all – it needs to be adapted. The role of the implant coordinator is one such way. I will demonstrate how the role can be adapted to provide a care pathway for your implant clients which will provide a high level of customer service and to build excellent relationships with patients. The role enables the implant treatment co-ordinator to engage with patients on a different level and create raving fans.
