DESCRIPTION:This comprehensive 2 Day Theory & Hands-on course will allow you to understand why autogenous bone is differential from other techniques and still remains the gold standard after so many years of research and using of biomaterials.Choosing the right technique for each indication\, and understanding the limitations of autogenous bone will be clear for you at the end of the course\, so that you can make the right choice with your patients. You will also obtain the necessary knowledge to understand which soft tissue management protocols and timing can be utilized to achieve long-term results and esthetics.Both days will run a hands on workshop to put the theory into practice. 1st day hands on dedicated to Hard Tissue ( retromolar harvesting\, splitting block into plates\, 3D grafting and fixation\, flap release and management). 2nd day hands on dedicated to Soft Tissue ( Vestibuloplasty and Free Gingival Graft\, palatal tissue harvest). 18 CPD Hours
