DESCRIPTION:Booking is now closed as we are at capacity.Learning Objectives: This presentation will be divided into three sections.\n\nImmediate implants - The preservation of hard and soft tissues using immediate placement and loading of implants. Results of recent paper published will be presented supporting the high predictability of this technique.Augmentation - The principles behind the reconstruction of deficiencies with the use of autogenous bone as a gold standard will be addressed. Recently published long term data will be presented.Conical retention - The restorative concept of conical retention to attach the restoration to the abutment. This eliminates the debated disadvantages of both screw and cement retention. Furthermore\, the tight connection using two closely adapted cones results in an absence of microleakage. This in turn aims to prevent peri-implant infection in the future. Preliminary clinical data will be presented.The presentation will be supported by clinical material as well as data gathered in practice.\n\n
