ADI Members Fee - £290.00
Non Member - £380.00
Practice Staff and additional Technicians - £150.00
Full time student (proof of study required) - £150.00

Cancellations:

Cancellations will be accepted in writing until 7 November 2008 and are subject to an
administrative charge of £50. After this date no refunds can be guaranteed.
