Fees and Registration
Fees
The registration fee of £150 per member includes
coffee, tea and a light lunch. There is a reduced
fee of £100 for auxiliaries and students (proof of
full-time study required for students).
Registration
Places must be pre booked and paid for prior to the
meeting. Online booking is available for this event,
please click here. Other payments must be made at the time of
application. Registration forms received without
payment will not be processed. Cheques should be
made payable to ADI and posted with the registration
form. Credit card bookings can also be faxed.

Cancellations
Cancellations will be accepted in writing until Oct 23,
2009 and are subject to a £30 administrative charge.
After this date no refunds can be guaranteed.
