Membership Application Process

Please read the information about the ADI and the benefits of membership.

Download the appropriate category of application i.e. clinician, nurse.....

or Request a Membership Pack to be posted a hard copy of the form.

Applicants should complete the application form specific to their status and submit to the ADI with a completed Direct Debit Form and where applicable, proof of university study for Student Applicants.

Subscription period

Full Member applicants joining the Association during the year pay a pro-rata rate applicable to month of the year that membership is taken out as described on the application form.

For all other categories, membership begins from the date of application and is renewable on the anniversary of the joining date.

Payment

No application will be processed without a completed Direct Debit Form.

Membership Acknowledgement Process

Membership applications will be processes within a month of receipt and full acknowledgement issued including a Membership Handbook.

Certificate of Membership

A signed certificate of Membership will be posted out to new members within two months of acceptance.
