Payment Methods
The method of payment for UK bank account holders is by Direct Debit.
Complete and sign the Direct Debit Mandate and post with the completed membership application.
Gift Aid
All UK members are urged to complete the Gift Aid form, return this form together with the completed membership application.
Gifting the subscription to the ADI enables the Association to reclaim tax that would otherwise remain with the Inland Revenue.
Membership Certificate
A personalised Certificate of Membership will despatched within 6 weeks of membership confirmation.

Clinician
For any individual registered with the General Dental Council
or General Medical Council within the UK. |

Overseas Clinician
Applicants must list qualification and membership details of any
regulatory bodies within their county of residence. ** |

Technician
For any dental technician involved with, or interested in any aspect of implant dentistry. The laboratory is granted membership status and each member of staff from the laboratory is entitled to attend ADI meeting at the applicable member rate.** |

Company Members
For one individual representing a company directly involved with the provision of a healthcare product in the implant related market. The company is granted membership and each member of staff from the company is entitled to attend ADI meetings at the applicable rate. |

Please Note
Members are required to pay by direct debit, if this is not possible
membership can be paid for by cheque (made payable to the "ADI") or
via credit card. For clinicians, technicians and companies not
paying by direct debit, the membership fee will £234*.
* Full Members pay pro-rata amount according to the month of application. The full annual membership is then payable in January.
**Full Clinical or Technical Members living outside the UK do not have voting rights and are not able to stand for office.
***Membership is payable annually on anniversary of joining date.
