Registration Fee Structure
Attendance at the 2015 ADI Team Congress is open to all who hold an interest in dental implantology: Clinicians, Technicians, Hygienists, Therapists, Dental Nurses, Practice Managers and Students.
The fees have been structured to include: three days of plenary scientific presentations for clinicians, one-day parallel programme for technicians, one-day parallel programme for the team, breakfast tea/coffee, morning and afternoon refreshments, hot fork buffet lunch, technical exhibition, corporate forums and congress drinks reception. Fees do not include the social event on Friday 15 May.
It is advantageous to BOOK EARLY to secure discounted rates.

Registration Forms must be fully completed for each attendee.
Non ADI members should consider joining the ADI to gain concession on the registration fee. Contact the ADI for membership details prior to registration.
CPD-verified certificates will be available to download after the completion of the appropriate online evaluation forms. Full Congress attendance offers 20 verifiable hours of CPD.
Delegates who cancel after their registration has been processed will be refunded the fee minus a £30 administrative charge. Cancellation MUST be notified in writing and received by 14 April 2015 after which date no refund of fee can be guaranteed. Written substitutions and/or name changes can be made until 1 May 2015.
